Your subscription

Each month, Moon Tide subscribers receive one exclusive special-edition book — a redesigned cover with foil detailing, unique endpapers (different front and back) and sprayed edges. The price is £25.99 per book, plus delivery, unless checkout clearly shows otherwise.

Joining an intake

New subscription places open approximately every three months, in line with each batch of three monthly releases, subject to availability. Our first intake opens in April 2027. We aim to tell you the next intake date and your first book, rather than keeping an endless waiting list — but the three-month interval is not a guaranteed place or delivery date.

Billing

You pay when you subscribe, then a recurring monthly charge on the same date each month as your first payment. Delivery is added to each charge. All recurring charges are shown clearly before you buy.

Pre-orders and dispatch

Subscriptions may be paid for before books arrive in the UK. The product page and checkout show that it's a pre-order and give an expected dispatch or delivery timeframe. Production and shipping estimates are not guarantees; we will tell you about significant delays and honour your rights relating to late delivery and cancellation.

Renewal

Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Joining in a three-month intake does not commit you to three months of payments — there is no minimum term unless one is clearly shown and agreed at checkout.

Cancelling

You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account or by emailing hello@moontidebox.com. Cancelling stops future charges from your next billing date, as long as you cancel before it. Orders you have already paid for are covered by your statutory rights and our Refund Policy; cancelling doesn't automatically refund a paid order. There are no hidden cancellation fees.

Keeping your details up to date

Please keep your payment and delivery details current and let us know about changes as soon as possible — we can't always change an address once an order has been dispatched.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we'll ask you to update your details and may retry the payment as described at checkout. Unpaid orders won't be dispatched, and we'll let you know if your subscription is paused or cancelled.

Availability and changes

Limited editions and subscription places depend on availability, and we can't guarantee immediate re-entry after cancelling. If we can't supply an edition you've paid for, we'll provide the remedy required by law. We'll give you proper notice of any significant price or term changes and ask for your agreement where required.

Leftover copies

Once a subscription month closes, any remaining copies may be released in our Overstock shop for everyone to buy, while stock lasts.
