Subscription questions
When am I charged?
You pay when you subscribe, then monthly on the billing schedule shown at checkout. Shipping is added to each charge.
Do I get to know the book in advance?
Each title is a surprise until its reveal day — that's part of the magic. We'll always tell you the genre: fantasy and romantasy.
Can I cancel or skip?
You can cancel future renewals anytime before the billing cut-off from your account or by emailing us. There is no minimum term.
What if my book arrives damaged?
Email us within 14 days with photos and your order number and we'll arrange a replacement where stock allows, or a refund.
