Information we collect

We may collect your name, contact and delivery details, billing information, order and subscription history, messages you send us, website usage information and your marketing preferences. If you sign up for an intake, we also store the favourite tropes you choose to share with us. Full payment card details are handled by our payment providers, not stored by Moon Tide.

To process orders and recurring payments, arrange delivery, keep you updated about your orders, answer your questions, handle returns, keep legally required records, prevent fraud, run and improve our store, understand which books our readers love, and send you marketing emails where you've opted in.
