How much is shipping?
Shipping is charged separately and depends on where you live and the service you choose. You'll always see the exact cost at checkout before you pay. Subscribers pay shipping with each monthly charge.
When will my order be dispatched?
In-stock and overstock orders are dispatched within a few working days. Subscription editions are dispatched each month on our release schedule. Pre-orders show their expected dispatch window on the product page.
Why are some books pre-orders?
Our special editions are printed in batches. Printing takes around 28–30 working days, and the books then take roughly 60–70 days to reach us in the UK. We'll keep you updated, especially if anything is delayed.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Outside the UK, your country may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees that aren't included in our checkout price. We'll make this clear before you buy wherever it applies.
My parcel is late or missing — what do I do?
Email us with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier for you. You don't need to chase the courier yourself.
My book arrived damaged
We're so sorry! Please email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the book and the packaging. We'll send a replacement where stock allows, or a refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Get in touch as soon as possible and keep your account details up to date for future subscription boxes.
